Stance Global Retail
STANCE wanted to bring an uncommon retail experience to SoHo with its 2,000 square foot flagship store. They partnered with Skylab to define the global brand experience that grounded STANCE as the front-runner a new, highly competitive apparel market.
One of the key visual features of the store is a floor-to-ceiling wall featuring portraits of STANCES’s Punks & Poets. The portraits connect the dots between music, motion, art, sport and play — all of which are the foundations of the brand’s design philosophy and product development. More importantly, customers are able to design their own socks using a proprietary sock customization platform called STANCE Canvas. Glass paneling in the floor allows customers to peer down to watch sock artisans produce their personal sock design on the spot. The space weaves together inspiration, innovation and the brand’s DNA to create a singularly unique sock-shopping experience.
