Skylab collaborated with artists, fabricators and OMSI to create “Lenses In The Sky”, a diverse sky-watching experience for youth across Oregon. Skylab collaborators included: Plus & Greater Than, Nathan Paul Rice, Thomas Wester, Kristen Southwell, Dave Laubenthal and The Landtree to build the vision of an installation inspired by rainwater with portals to the sky. 

“Lenses In The Sky focuses on how people around the world and throughout time observe and understand the sky,” said Kyrie Kellett, senior learning and community engagement specialist at OMSI.
