Country Cat

The Country Cat Dinner House & Bar at Portland’s International Airport brings comfort and “A Made-From-Scratch, Farm-To-Table Experience” to Pacific Northwest travelers. The location in the north concourse lobby is a bright open space, connected to the distant landscape, where travelers can relax in a unique Portland home spun dining experience.

Indigenous plant life softens a steel and glass pantry wall filled with canned goods glowing in the filtered natural daylight. Guests will have the option to dine at communal farm tables or intimate banquette and table seating. Similar to the main dining entrance, reclaimed wood panels, blackened steel shelving, and black stone counters are planned for the bar and “grab ‘n’ go” areas. To gain the greatest possible visibility, the “grab ‘n’ go” area faces into the main concourse lobby and common seating area allowing travelers on a tight schedule to experience the Country Cat.
